Never Summit exists to help with the hardest challenge a college athlete, pro athlete, or Olympian goes through: the transition from sports into the workforce. We guide them through it and help them reach their full potential beyond the game.
A former NCAA Division 1 student athlete with five years of experience competing at the highest level in college soccer, and a former professional youth player for Club America. Edgardo left Miami, Florida at nine years old to chase his soccer career, then made the jump to NCAA Division 1 soccer after receiving an offer. Over his college career he went through five surgeries in five years, including a torn LCL and an ankle fracture, an injury history that eventually ended his playing days. After that career ending injury, he co-founded Never Summit to help athletes build what comes next. He also spent several years at a Fortune 100 company, where he learned firsthand what employers look for when they hire.
Hunter walked on to the Florida Atlantic University tennis team and left five years later as a team captain, a two time All Conference player, and nationally ranked at #31 in doubles. After earning his Finance degree, he pursued his MBA while serving as assistant coach for FAU Women's Tennis, helping lead the team to an undefeated regular season, a top 25 national ranking, and the program's first ever NCAA tournament win.
Along the way, he proved to his coaches, his teammates, and most importantly himself that anything you set your mind to is possible.
Before Never Summit, Hunter worked in private equity and software technology. Now, as co-founder, he's set a new goal: helping others achieve the unimaginable and become the best version of themselves. One day, one achievement, one goal at a time.
